What am I doing wrong, I always get trich in my tubs

Hey, I'm asking for some more experienced growers help, since my tubs seem to get trich all the time, no matter what I do.
Here is the exact process:
1. I get my mycelium from agar plates, that have been transfered for a couple of times. No visible contam, nice and round tomentose mycelium. (I never get rizomorphic type from the spores)
2. Prep my grain jars (using millet) for 2 hours in a pressure cooker @ 15PSI
3. Use Fully colonized jars.

4. Grain goes to bulk substrate - Coco coir + Vermiculite. The substrate drips only when I squeeze it hard, so the moisture should be all right.
5. The end result is stalling tubs. Looks like the mycelium grows around the grain, but doesn't colonize the substrate.

This one has been spawned 6 days ago. It hasn't changed how it looks for like 3 - 4 days. This has happened before, and at this point I'm just waiting for trich to show its ugly head.
Any suggestions on what I'm doing wrong here?

Try lowering your agar nutes and you can get rhizomorphic growths..
Posting to see what others has to say. This happens to me too, but very rarely How do you prep your coir vermiculite?
Your fully colonized jars doesnt look fully colonized btw. And from the looks of it, kinda looked bacterial from too much moisture.. but thats just me.

Agar nutes? I'm not sure I know what that is. Agar nutrients?
Prep coir and verm? I have not heard about that before.
Just to pick your brain, why does it look like a bacterial contam?
Thank you.

Those jars look like they have little spots that arent colonised, and are potentially bacterial. 99% colonised. When you think that your jars reach 100%, leave them to consolidate for 3-7 days. Patience is key in this hobby.
Alternatively, you can give them a shake to break up the grains at 100%, and observe the recovery. if the recovery is piss poor or stalls out, bacteria/fungal contaminants could be present.

Yes, the nutrients added to the agar. Malt extract or grain water or such.
What do your lids look like? what kind of technique do you use to inoculate? Post pics of your lid, SAB, and plates if you can.
