Bolete ID request

Hey guys,
I found this in the forest in NW Georgia; it was growing out of the ground with pine needles and leaves decaying on top of the soil. There are pine, oaks, and beech trees in the surrounding area, and it was growing on a hillside.
The cap is red with yellow pores, and the pores bruise black when touched. Please let me know if you need anymore details!

If they bruise instantly then the poisonous Boletus sensibilis is likely.

I think boletus bicolor. Sensibilis would most likely be blue all over from handling and pseudosensibilis has usually a more brownish coloured cap. Do some reading and figure it out: https://www.mushroomexpert.com/boletus_bicolor.html

It did bruise instantly, but only on the pores. After leaving the bolete for 24h with the cap against the table, there was no noticeable bruising. I ended up throwing it into the woods because I already knew it was likely not edible.
Thank you so much guys for your responses. I'm asking because I'm trying to learn more, and I've found the best way is to first find something in my area and then learn about it in depth. Hunting and book knowledge complementing each other.
I appreciate the time you guys take to do this stuff.
After seeing photos of Boletus sensibilis and Boletus bicolor, I think it's Boletus bicolor based upon appearance. It didn't bruise as violently as Boletus sensibilis seems to... the best part is I know where to get more of them so that I can properly identify this mushroom now since you two have given me the proper direction!
And of course I don't plan on eating this, I think that should go without saying haha.
Thanks again
