Grow Kits and Premade Agar (noob question)

Hello! First time grower here. I've been researching different teks and guides on this site for my first grow.
Upon researching on ShroomSupply I stumbled upon their "Pre-poured malt extract agar petri dishes", and I was going to opt for those because essentially that would eliminate the need for a pressure cooker right?? (I plan on getting one eventually for more advanced grows). THEN even further I came across their full Grow Kits, although these consist of Grain Spawn. Prepacked individual mycobags with injection ports ready to grow. And their guide for this kit made it sound so easy a third grader could do it.
My question is... Does anyone have any experience using these products? Either the pre Poured Agar (especially) or the full grain spawn grow kits. What are the pros and cons of using these? I'm not too concerned with having the most potent, most fruitful grow at the moment. I just want some good mushrooms that I can execute lol. Are these a good idea?
Any help is appreciated!

For the pre poured agar I think the cost is too high, so most of us growers prefer to do a one time investment in a PC that is useful for so many things anyways- than to buy expensive pre pour.
As for the bags, for most of the people here this is a hobby. If we would buy growkits it would defeat the purpose. Also AFAIK quality of those can vary considerably. Also its expensive to buy.
So pros to do everything yourself is that its better to have control of the grow, you learn more, higher quality, probably more yields, and cheaper in the long run. Also it makes it more fun and more of a hobby. Cons of doing everything yourself is that its time consuming, there is a learning curve, initial investment is a bit higher.
Also in either case you will come in contacts with contaminants and I would rather have the tools to pour/make a new grow than to buy it again.

The pros are its easy to use as they are ready to use.
The cons are they are expensive and the grain might be too dry upon arrival, but should work nonetheless.
Just remember to go spores->agar->grain.

You dont need a PC to grow, and shouldnt waste money on grow kits and premade shit.
Grow kits suck https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/19058406/fpart/1/vc/1
Make your own spore syringes from a print https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/26011681
Put that solution on a steamcooked cake https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/24179086
Chances are, SOMEONE you know has a pressure cooker, or there are goodwill/charity stores that have old PC's. Getting a PC is an investment that pays for itself 100 fold (in terms of enjoyment and advancement of both this hobby and others, of course )
