If 1.5 pint rye jars were PC'ed for 1.5-2h and left in pressure cooker for two weeks with tin foil on top and PC lid on.Is it safe to to A2G or should I PC those jars again?
I'm thinking maybe some endospores had time to germinate and will ruin A2G...
And what about moisture level in the jars, can they dry out with 2 weeks?

I have used months old grain jars a few times and they always worked just fine. All the endospores should have died in the PC.
As for moisture, it'll take longer than 2 weeks for any noticeable moisture loss. Some of the really old ones I've used did get a lil dry, but i still used. They may have colonized Slightly slower, but not much. After they got fully colonized, I gave them a soak just before spawning, just in case.

I’d check out eats “blenderless LI” tek. Since those jars will probably have lost a little moisture they would benefit twofold from the LI. Additional moisture for the grains and quicker colonization time than a wedge drop (significantly quicker)

LI sounds like win-win.
