Contam questions.

So I just checked in on some jars that were shredded brf to rye. Out of 12 that were done from the same batch these three were lost to contams. I'm not too hurt by it but am wondering if anyone can take a look at the photos of the type of contam could have been introduced to these jars and actions of mine that could have contributed to these failing. Want to use this is a learning experience and and learn steps that I could take extra to maybe avoid such losses.

Thank you!

Not going to shred anything and put in grain. Grain much more susceptible to contam than brf, that's why newbies try with cakes. Really unsure why you would even do that. Like to see your other jars, just cause it's white, doesn't mean it's myc. Did you pressure cook anything? You don't want to hear it, but I have a confident feeling all your jars are shot.

I will get some of the other jars I have from that batch and take some pics to post.
I started brf but after my first SGFC I tossed the idea based on volume. And the open holes kept allowing fruit flies or w/e in there.
So, I had about 28 brf jars going. The ones that started in-vitro I birthed in a mini-mono tub I made from a big ol Cheese Ball container. Worked well. Cambodian Albinos have given me almost 14g dry. I was surprised for it being such a make shift idea.
So, I knew my next step was moving on to coir and mono-tubs. I took the brf's I had and dumped them in a sterile bag and crushed them. Dropped the little spawn nuggets in rye berry that had been soaked n boiled and were in 1qt jars sanitized in a PC for 90 mins.
I was very drunk the after noon I did this part so I know I was a bit careless and working at a faster pace than normal (Lesson learned). I dont even think I wore gloves or a mask . Shame on me, I'm not doing that while on anything anymore.
However, the first brf to rye jars I did put in a mono sat in the dark with now air for about 15 days. This tub did wonders. I will post some of the pics of the honkers that grew, I think my first harvest was about 50 grams wet. Now this tub did not seem to get a full flush like I have seen. It grew a bunch of big ones for about two weeks ( a dinner plate full about every 3 days for two weeks) and now it appears that tub is done.
So that was my process.
I since have no more brf jars and all are rye. Most are now spore injected and going, although I still have two strands going brf to rye. Admittedly, I have lost about 30% of brf > rye jars the rest will be mixed with coir probably later this week.
I will let you know what happens.
