Punk CDs? lots of stuff by lots of bands, but off the top of my head, i've got stuff by: Dead Kennedys, Propaghandi, NUFAN, the Misfits, the Clash, the Vandals, Suicide Machines (i know... i bought it when i was young ), Dropkick Murphies, Black Flag, the Damned, Operation Ivy... that kind of stuff...
never really listen to it, but trendal's threads always make me nostalgic... i gotta find that Op Ivy cd and take a listen again

i'd be more than willing to donate some cds to ya... unfortunately most of my punk cds have been left behind in the States, but i'll go through my collection whilst packing to leave here, and i'll pm you with what i find, in case you want any of it!
i'll actually be in bergen sometime next week finally filling out residence forms for denmark, so i could get them to you then!

i used to love nufan when i was listening punkrock
'more betterness' was pretty cool album
51 days from leche con carne if i'm right,
redemption song cover was pretty wicked from the same album

Since we're on the topic of emo-punk, has any body heard of Useless ID. They're well known in the US, but I've seen them live plenty of times in Israel where they're from. They're about the best damn emo punk band you can get... and I'm only saying this because they are really that good. They have the same sound as The Ataris... but better IMHO. And opposed to most emo punk bands who are going a bit commercial... they are good at keeping it punk, even their sound.

I've never really heard anything from that genre, emocore(that I know of at least)... I've heard about the genre though. Taking back sunday you say... *searching for it now*
Ok, if useless Id is not emo, then I dont know what is. They are so emo... how can you say anything else. Its punk rock about girlfriends and all that mushy stuff... emo, in other words.
