Mushroom supplements- do I want the mycelium or fruit body?

What time is it with this shit?
Some brands are talkin shit sayin that most mushy supplements use mycelial extracts and that the real G shit is the whole fruit body.. This true?
I seen a vid on Stamets website once that said the data shows most of the goodies r in the mycelium and thats why they choose that. They tryna trick me with tht shit or that legit?
I need 2 know wut mushy supps to buy

The difference between the mycelium and fruiting body are minimal. It really doesn't matter and won't make any noticeable difference.

Paul Stamets is into making money, so I wouldn't go as far as to say he would always be honest.
This is why it doesn't matter much, the fruiting body of a mushroom is made almost entirely of mycelium. It's why you can go to the grocery store, pick up a portabello, cut a piece off, put it in a humid place, and it turns back into mycelium, thus producing a clone.
Things to lookout for: There is a downside to mycelium based supplements, because it will often include the grain they were grown on, so they are basically dicking you, by selling you mostly grains with a tiny splash of mycelium, at a premium price. So a safer bet is to just buy 100% fruiting body supplements. If the supplement you're getting says "full spectrum" it's a blend of mycelium and fruiting bodys, if it doesn't list the ratio, they are ripping you off.
