Fully colonized jars - are these ready for g2g?

Hey guys - I feel like these jars have been stuck here for a couple days - do they look fully colonized? I've let them colonize at room temperature (70 degrees - the temp inside the jars is 75). The one jar looks a little further but that's because the plate was tomentose myc while the others are rhizo. It's my first time doing this stuff - when are these ready for g2g?
Thanks so much for the help guys!

They dont look so good for g2g imo, wet and partly colonized looking grains indicate bacterial infection or grain prep was to wet before inoculation... wet grain prep leads to bacterial infection even if you inoculate with perfectly clean culture. they looks good to spawn in shoebox ime
I m pretty sure 3rd jar from left to right have hardest bacterial infection of all, creamy and dense white looking growth indicate that, i bet you will have hard time breaking that shit.. but it will probably be good for flush or two in shoebox

fackk!!
I let my oats sit overnight in the refrigerator as Bod says. What do I need to do differently next time? Let them sit longer or did I fuck something up when I boiled the oats and PC'd them?
Another question I would really appreciate help with - I have backup agar plates to use for my 2nd attempt with drier grains, they've been fully gown out for 2-3 weeks now. Are these good to inoculate jars or do I have to start over with a new transfer? Is it too late for these plates that have been fully grown out for 2-3 weeks now basically is my question.
thanks for your help! i really appreciate it!

I use rye so i m not sure about oat prep, i think idea is the same.. soak to hydrate grain, after soak boil it 5-10min, put them in strainer so water can run out and steam will dry grain from outside, dont forget to shake strainer few times so you dont end up with wet grains on bottom of strainer.. load jars after grain feels cool and there is no more steam comming out, make sure you made your jar filter properly, PC for 2h on 15PSI, idk whats up with fridge, i use it only if i preperd my grains night before pc cycle...
watch RR video on rye prep to get idea right

The first 2 look like mold: unless its shiitake... then not horrible... still a good bit of bacterial snot present in all of them... grain prep was too wet, how long did you sterilize?
Do NOT G2G these: you'll be lucky to get a stress fruit flush out of it...

I followed Bod's tek to the t - boiled the grains, strained for 2-3 hours, then in the refrigerator overnight for like 16 hours. Then loaded the jars and PC for 2 hours...
Any idea where I went wrong? Thank you! I really need you guys right now!

Those plates should be fine, it doesn’t matter how grown out they are as long as they’re clean.
You should post them here first though to see if that’s the problem or it’s somewhere else.

Here you go. Dancing Tiger up front, PB in the middle (what are those myc splits on the plate?), Golden Teacher in back - are those white spots contamination?
The GT's I went to grain with in those jars I'm posting about, I used plates with aggressive, sectored rhizo, not plates that looked like tha, but are those contam?
Thanks so much guys! I really need your help right now and you guys are helping!
