Habitat: My usual Psilocybe pasture. Bradenton /Sarasota area of Florida. This pasture is usually overflowing with cubensis. We have been inundated with tropical, heavy rain. I decided to check the pasture this morning. No psilocybe, but found a number of possible Panaeolus cyanescens. All of the following were growing in cow dung. Extremely wet environment.
Gills: Appear black, attached, varies in size from 7.cm to 10cm.Stem is a beige, with black/bluish bruising. Hollow stem. Very thin.
Cap: Larger caps are apporox 1.905cm, smaller caps approx 1.27cm.color, some indication of gold on a few, but mainly silver/gray,not sure if the rain affected the color. conical, convex. They were growing in small clusters of 5 or so, but it was rather erratic.
Spore print color: Black.
Bruising: Bruising is bluish silver, again these are quite wet due to rain, so it's hard to Guage true color.
