2020 Texas Gulf Coast Cube Season Is on a Roll!
    #26721385 - 06/05/20 08:59 AM (3 years, 7 months ago)

Went hunting early this morning. Found a few, but I believe now we need more rain to replenish the field. Found south of HTown. Will search North of HTown in a couple days. there has been rain North more recently and I'll give it a little more time to sprout out. I will post more photos if successful then. Now, here is what I've picked. I also need some input on some possible pan/copes. I may be a little rusty there and would appreciate confirmation or say not at all please!
Here is a nice little group of cubes here!

Here is where I would ask for input please!

Next group questioning!

Last group in question! I believe the single stem is active with the bluing there.

Thanks for looking!

The Pans That Are Bruising Bluish On The Stems Are Panaeolus (Copelandia) Cyanescens

Nice Cubes As Well:cheers:

pic #1 Psilocybe cubensis

#2-4 appears to be Panaeolus antillarum unless you see obvious bluish bruising.

I pulled out the bad pans! There were some that looked like bruising that were spores on the stem. I believe that only a 2-3 were actually true copes that bruised blue and they were in the first photo.
Thanks!

This tropical system should have the entire Gulf coast region wide open for the next 2wks

Okaloosa is prime for dung lovers. I used to hunt a huge area along the Shoal river. Only thing is that people can disappear around there by simply walking into the wrong place wrong time with the gorilla grows and Meth cooks. My best friends cousin and nephew disappeared after stumbling into a grow on the Escambia River and they still have not been found.  Whomever did it left the boat and all the personal stuff that of value.  Police followed a trail that lead to the weed patch but no sign of the 2 missing men
