So I'm kinda losing it with stuff still being closed, at least near me and I don't think working out with a mask on seems very...practical (I could be wrong).
Anyone know of body weight exercises I can do at home?

Pushups are my favorite. I also go for runs outside a lot and roller blade. I've been wanting to buy some 15, 20, and 25 pound dumbbells at some point

Get a pullup bar for a door frame. Pretty cheap generally, $20 or so. Do 3-10 pullups or chinups anytime you walk past it.
Get a single kettle bell at a weight that's appropriate and use it to do squats, kettle bell swings and tricep exercises.
Do planks and side planks for 1-2 minutes on each position every time you wake up or go to sleep. Do like 3 minutes of pushups to muscle exhaustion when you wake up and go to sleep.
Run 2-3 miles every other day or so too, or ride a bike for cardio.
Just those two pieces of equipment (pullup bar/kettle bell) and you can stay in relatively good shape without breaking the bank. Plenty you can do without them though too, I just recommend a pullup bar especially if you do pushups, to balance out the muscle groups for posture.

I do push ups and squats and leg raises at home. I don't really have anywhere I can put a pull up bar due to my height (tall). But I read that push ups neglect your back area when it comes to muscles so I'm not sure how to fix that.

This may sound strange but go onto Google and search "prison workouts" They find creative ways to work out with nothing but a bunk and a 6x6 cell using just bodyweight.

Sounds disturbing but fascinating, I'll look into it.

Jump ropes are a scam, I just jump around like a retard I'm at a rave and I'll get plenty tired. I used to work out at my university with bricks since they were in better condition than the abysmal weights they had, you can do a bunch of stuff with anything mildly heavy like a bottle of water or bucket or jug. Abs are also super easy, there´s a bunch of youtube videos for ab workouts!

Getting into gardening and landscaping can also be great for staying in shape and gaining muscle-mass. Plus you get a great-looking garden out of all the digging. It’s a great feedback loop of work and organic food.

Well the neighborhood I live in has plenty of places I can do laps in, my cul de sac for one.
Also I forgot to ask about diet and what to aim for with that since I know that's a big component of exercise.

If I were you I would go to the park and use their pullup bar
I have a workout plan with rings, pullup bar, and a basketball
https://www.amazon.com/Convict-Conditioning-Weakness-Using-Survival-Strength-ebook/dp/B004XIZN5M/ref=sr_1_1?crid=3HE1W21UTSK63&dchild=1&keywords=convict+conditioning&qid=1591305630&sprefix=convict+con%2Caps%2C193&sr=8-1
This book has everything you need to build a sustainable workout plan for the rest of a while. The leg progression is lacking in the book. I would use rings and get the leg progression working
If you run out of material I would get dumbbells, weighted vest etc.
I would get workout equipment asap. Gyms are going out of business and tons of corona virus comebacks are likely. Along with civil war over George Floyd
