Hi All,
I found these recently after a rain storm.
Any idea what they are?

Habitat Wood mulch and dirt possibly some manure mixed in there Where does it grow? Eg. woods, pasture, state, province, country, altitude, etc. What does it grow on? Eg. soil, dung, wood (dead, living, what kind of wood?), etc.
Gills: black Color, attached/not, gills/pores, etc.
Stem: Length, diameter, color, texture, hollow/solid, thin/thick, etc.
Cap: Diameter, color, texture, conical/spherical, convex/concave, etc.
Spore print color: Very important!
Bruising: Color that the mushroom bruises, if any.
Other information: Scent of the mushroom, anything else you think is important, large close-up pictures showing stem, cap and gills.

A coprinoid species, close up pictures of gills and stem plus more information is necessary. Is that burnt wood I see in the pictures?

I'd Say Coprinellus Sp.

Yeah, I'm thinking of the possibility of Coprinellus angulatus, which grows in burnt areas - i.e. in the debris after forest fires or bonfires, which is why I'm asking if there is burnt wood present.

These were in the dirt/multch around a tree outside my building. My original pics are screenshots pull from a video and were to big to upload. I’ll zoom in to snap a few more, resize and upload.
They were growing at the base of this tree

For detail those are the best I could get with compressed pics from a video.
