Any drawbacks to Extremely rhizomorphic cultures?

I'm working on cleaning up some new cultures on agar, all from the same print. Most are extremely rhizomorphic, the kind that look like spokes on a bicycle wheel, with no filler between the spokes. I've seen this type in mush cult occasionally, but no first-hand experience. Any drawbacks? Worth pursuing?

I love it. I have an Amazon culture that does it pretty heavy. Always looks like a jellyfish. Does great on high nutrient grain though. I will get 5-7 long strands at the bottom of the transfer and a little tomatose tip.
You could raise your nuritent levels for that culture.

Cool, looking forward to seeing it on grains. Currently using my standard brf agar recipe, will try boosting nutes to see how it responds. Thanks for the tip.

Wow, I would have assumed that there is something wrong with this mycelium looking at the agar plate.

It had some strange mutants for sure but decent flush I'm the end.
Again I think I did like 3 more transfers on the plate before going to grain. I don't take good notes.
