Some places here in Aus use a schnitzel to make a parma but you always know when they use a crumbed breast because they're so much nicer.

I can dig a good schnitzel for sure.
We also do chicken/country fried steak here, often with sausage gravy and biscuits and mashed potatoes and shit - it's mostly a southern dish, and it's glorious, and I've had it exactly once because it feels like it took about half a year off my life span in a half hour lol.

I am the one who doesn't like the drumstick part of the wing. The meat and flavor are in that flat part with the two thin bones in it (the "wingette"). My favorite part of the wing. My mate likes the drumstick part better, it's a match made in heaven! I also mix the medium hot sauce with the blue cheese dressing to make a dip. I like my wings cooked "naked" and want to dip them in sauce. I do not want them rolled/covered/coated in sauce. Also the thighs are my fave on any bird cooked to eat. Except dove and quail. I'll eat all that motherfucker. I love goose and duck too.

I don't think I've had goose. Huge fan of duck, though.

Me neither. I still eat it a couple times a week at this point, and I'm happy with that, makes it a little more special and I feel like I appreciate it more.
Think I gotta start supplementing with some vitamin b12 though  .
