What vitamins do y'all take regularly? And have you noticed any positive changes by taking them?

Too many to list. Like a straight handful a day.
The positive change is there, but mildly noticeable by my conscious mind.
The two things I consume daily which have the most noticeable positive effect on my wellbeing:
1. 3x 185g portions of smoked salmon 2. ~185mg powdered shrooms
-------------------- Let it be seen that you are nothing. And in knowing that you are nothing... there is nothing to lose, there is nothing to gain. What can happen to you? Something can happen to the body, but it will either heal or it won't. What's the big deal? Let life knock you to bits. Let life take you apart. Let life destroy you. It will only destroy what you are not. --Jac O'keeffe

I take these vitamins, based off Asante's recommendation a few years ago
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000GFSVSM/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
No complaints, in fact I think theyre great, and affordable.
also have some vitamin B, milkthistle, and vitamin E, individual supplements that I take for the drinkin weekends.
here the B https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01787EPEE/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
the milkthistle is just whatever is on sale. no brand loyalty really.

I just grow and eat Moringa oleifera and lots of other greens. I think Moringa alone has nearly everything you would need in one plant:
vitamin A vitamin B1 (thiamine) B2 (riboflavin) B3 (niacin), B-6 folate and ascorbic acid (vitamin C) calcium potassium iron magnesium phosphorus zinc

standing outside doesn't always work. i live in montana these days, not a lot of sun during winters. when i was working graveyard shift, sometimes i'd go weeks without seeing the sun.

Same here pretty much, also any day I don't get sun I take 5000iu. Not sure if it does anything but it's cheap.
I take a B-Complex vitamin after drinking to replenish. Thinking of just starting on a multivitamin because my diet isn't too great at times.

I take a multivitamin every once in a while, mainly to make sure that I don't accidentally have some kind of deficiency that I don't know about. I normally feel pretty good afterwards, although it always upsets my stomach for an hour or two. But after that I tend to feel pretty fantastic. Seems to last about 2 days. I don't like taking multivitamins every day because my stomach hates them so much.

Has anyone ever tried St. Johns Wort? I always heard it was an organic anti-depressant but never believed it would work. I eventually tried it about 2 years ago, I felt noticeably happier and more relaxed for about 3-4 hours. So I started taking it once a day in the morning, and after about 2 weeks it just stopped working. Seems that I have to stop taking it for awhile to get it to work again, usually a week.

Did your doctor tell you to take vitamins because of a deficiency?
If not, you are wasting your money. You're just creating expensive urine.

So I take Bentonite clay, chlorella, and Psyllium husk in a smoothing most mornings.
At lunch I take a multi vitamin gummy and an organix flax oil( omega pill)
In the evening I take calcium and probiotic gummy.
I *HAve* noticed a difference, especially with the Omega, and the powders in my smoothies.
Psyllium husk and bentonite clay in combination with chlroella do wonders.
