Hey there,

Thanks for your input !

That's a bad case of bacteria. Time to toss it and start over, sorry.
If you're looking for tips to do better, telling us how you prepped and inoculated your grain will help. All I can guess at this point is that your jars are way too wet.

Alrighty. Two other jars are growing along, hopefully they will be alright, but some condensation is starting to form that do not look too good.
I bought these pre-sterilized jars with self healing hole from Midwestgrowkits.com. As for incubation, I have made a SAB that I spray with soapy water inside, with a clean wet blanket at the bottom (a technique I've seen in these forums). I injected spores from a spore syringe that I previously torch flamed the needle. I tried as best I can to sterilize my work area with 70% alcohol spray and desinfect my hands as well. I am doing the incubation in a 24-25 degree temperature with a Tub-in-tub technique, with the bottom tub filled with water and a fishtank heater.
It is not easy for me to say where it did go wrong; I would gladly take any feedback.

Well, I have a few ideas with that info.
First off, grow kits (including pre-sterilized anything) are often not recommended here since you don't know how old they are or how it was made. There's a good chance those jars are a culprit. Write-up on why growkits are risky
Second, you went spores to grain. This method is dated and risky since spores always have some ride-along contaminants (mushrooms fruit in open air, after all). When dealing with spore syringes, the PF tek is the best beginner option without going to agar. Check this post for general info and trusted cultivation directions.
Last, and not quite as critical, 24-25C is the higher range of ideal temperatures. Cubes will grow fine down to 18C, but higher than 24 will start to give other microorganisms an advantage.
Aside from that, sounds like you're making good progress in practicing sterile technique. Next consideration is to try and get some latex gloves if you don't already (understandable if you can't right now with covid craziness). If you can apply all that to a more reliable tek, you're bound to get fruits in your future
