Post your recipe here! This is mine!
The secret is a cast iron skillet with ample coconut oil to give that tasty flavorful crispy outside with a gooey inside.
Here's what's in it.
Wheat bread Mozzarella Cheese Habanero Tabasco sauce A little bit of mayo
The crunchy goozy spicy cheezy is just too easy and good. I just ate two of them and I'm in an awesome food coma right now

I really enjoy making grilled cheese with two slices of Colby jack cheese, but with Pepperoni in between them.
Fire.
You gotta cook the first side low and slow till both cheeses melt or it will fall apart when you flip it, but once the cheese has melted, you can cook it like a normal grilled cheese.
I've also made a pretty good one using 2 slices of pepperjack cheese and shredding up left over chicken breast and put that in the middle. Same cooking method applies.

my grilled cheese recipe would be
- whatever grilled cheese bread you prefer (rye bread is my favorite bread so I'd go with that)
- Velveeta brand cheese slices
- diced fresh jalepenos
- sliced tomato
- bowl of tomato soup on the side

Seriously though, organic cold pressed coconut oil takes it to a new level.
It's like $10 for a big jar and lasts a while. Way healthier too.

Butter the bread, put butter in the pan, and cook it up in bacon grease (cook some bacon first and add the bacon to the sandwich, then cook the sandwich in the remaining bacon grease). Lettuce, tomato, and onion are good additions to the sandwich as well depending on your preferences.

I quit eating all that animal fat a while ago. The flavor is crazy good but that's why coconut oil is such a good healthy alternative to butter or bacon.

Im some kind of sandwich bitch. I eat one every day for lunch!
The usual is 3 slices of cheese with atleast 2 different types. One at the bottom, middle, and top. I either have ham or turkey as meat. I usually a horseradish or mustard on the bottom and a skim of mayo on top. I currently have some remoulade sauce that I use for mayo. Sooo good. I top it with thick sliced and cubed shallot and jalepeno slices if I have it. Its a masterful lunch that is cheap, tastes great af, and doesnt leave you hung over.
After all the prep, I set it between an awesome Panini press and let it melt for approx 8 minutes. Imagine the baddest bitch ever but in sandwich form.
It looks small after it compresses from the heat, but it pack s a punch.

I'm a huge horseradish fan too. Although, try to get the fresh stuff that doesn't have preservatives in it. It's a little more pricey, but worth it. Or better yet, buy your own roots and grind your own!

The cheese ooze is the best part because it makes a nice toasty crust on the bottom that I eat while I let the sammy cool down. I eat them with a pack of chicfila sauce too. Its fuckin great all around.
