So I have one half-pint jar that I think may be ready to fruit, my other two jars got contam, the jar has been sitting for like a month and a half now I've beat it against a tire a couple of weeks ago to spread the mycelium ive got perlite, some potting mix, i can go to the store to get some materials if needed, i would prefer to do this as discretely as possible, and with minimal management, i would like to just get a few mushrooms off of this thing, just desperate and this is my last hope, any help would be appreciated thank you.

That jar does not look promising friend. Is that a BRF mixture? If so they aren’t really meant to be shaken, that’s for loose grains.
What kind of filter do you have? If it’s a BRF cake it should have the dry vermiculite layer up top and a few holes in the lid for GE. For grain jars you want at least 1/4” hole with a sfd or polyfil or tyvek or something but whatever you lid type, the foil comes off after the PC. The myc needs to breathe.
It looks like there is a lot of yellowing on the right side in those pics as well.

Yeah that doesn’t look great but it could work.
I’d get coir and either top fruit it or spawn it to a small container like the bottom of a 2 liter bottle with a handful or two of coir so it colonizes quickly.
Shoeboxes are a very easy low key method. Once you make them you can pretty much set them somewhere that gets a little light and leave it alone for a couple weeks then go harvest it.
If you’ve got a pc get some wbs. Or you could spawn cakes but ideally cleaner than that one.

Yea these jars had been sitting in a friends moldy house and hot car for weeks before I got them, other 3 jars I didn't inoculate have some gnarly mold growing in them, I'm probably just gonna toss this jar in my backyard and start over properly. Thanks
