contamination and solution

Hi guys I hope you all are doing great. Some days ago I ordered some jars, and two of them are presenting some kind of contamination, I followed the same steps when inoculating them, and then other ones are doing well.
I’d like to know what could I do. I can see some mycelium colonizing, so i don’t want to take it out if the jar because it is not a solid cake yet and it could get contaminated (more) what do you guys think what do you recommend me to do?
These are some pictures of both contaminations http:// http://

I would recommend to you, starting to learn how to prep and sterilize your own grains. You have bacteria in that jar.

Yup, sadly, you're only option is to chuck it and start fresh. Clean those jars extremely well after so it doesn't reoccur.

Yeah thanks for your advice :/ I just started to cultivate my own mushrooms so I wanted to get them them just to see how the growing process works first. Overall I got 2 more jars very well colonized. Should I throw away the grain or Is it fine if I sterilize it in the press cooker ? I meant, the part that seems to be fine. There’s mycelium already growing in the other side

No, it's done for. You never want to try and save grain in that way. When you "sterilize" your jars, they are only temporarily in that state, if you tried to sterilize again, that same bacteria would come back just as hard the next time around.
Clean the jars out and soak them in a 10% bleach solution over night and then I'll even throw them upside down and open with the lids in the PC for 30min at 15psi to make sure everything is dead before starting a new batch.
When you make your grains up, after you do your boil, make sure you strain them into the colander and then shake the hell out of them on repeat for the next 45min to an hour till the outsides of the grain basically look dry.
I've never had issues with contams on slightly drier grains and just as good growth in my specimen, and it's worth looking into some really basic agar techniques, because it'll save you a lot of heartache we all tend to go through in the beginning. It's a fuck load easier than it looks from a beginners perspective.

Did you order presterilized jars? I would send them back if you have not inoculated them yet. . Looks like a yeast filled sweat shop.

He said he's had growth and a couple good jars so far, so I think it's too late. Could be the syringe, which is why I suggest some basic agar work, just to clean up your sample and make sure you're getting something for your money.
