ID in N. Georgia - possibly panaeolus ?
    #26709248 - 05/31/20 02:14 PM (3 years, 7 months ago)

Hi everyone, first post so I hope I'm not messing this up

Found these mushrooms today, any type of ID is appreciated but mostly looking forward to knowing if they are active or not

Habitat:
North East Georgia at the base of a tree, the entire surrounding dirt area of the tree had these mushrooms

Gills:
Very dark, I would say black

Stem:
Of all the mushrooms I picked they all vary in girth, but they all seem to be hollow

No ring on the stem

Cap:
Mostly round, yellow/tan color, nipple not too present

Spore print is currently being worked on, will update thread once I'm done
