Please identify - Thailand Elephant Dung Shrooms

My GF and were hiking in the forest in Phuket Thailand and we came across an area where elephants were feeding and pooping some time ago. We found many (hundreds) of small mushrooms growing from some of the dung. We were hoping to find that these shrooms would provide a magical experience, but we want to check with someone who can identify them first. Then (fingers crossed) they are magical what would be a suggested amount (grams) to try (dried)?
Thank you in advance.
Pictures are as hi-res as I have, but I can go back take more if needed.

Conocybe sp. is likely.
Perhaps you could take some close up gill/stem shots as well, and take a spore print. It should come out rusty-cinnamon brown.
Welcome to the Shroomery.

Im googled "Conocybe sp." and some of the pictures seemed very close (to my untrained eye). Im guessing these are not magical
When we go back in the next couple of days I will take some better pics. the ones we grabbed that day are dried out now.
thank you

Very unlikely, there are 4 known active Conocybe sp.: C. kuehneriana, C. siligineoides, C. cyanopus, and C. smithii. (Wiki Link) Not sure what regions they grow in, but seem pretty rare
Looking at the active mushrooms in Thailand that were noted here, Conocybe is not listed.

That is Conocybe coprophila, nonactive, possibly toxic to poisonous. There are psychoactive Conocybe species but they are very rare and not enough information on the safety of consumption. I strongly recommend that everyone avoid eating anything in the Genus Conocybe.
