P. Ovoideocystidiata on MEYA Agar

Hey guys so I received a p. ovoideocystidiata print from viridis420 on Reddit and this is my first time putting it to agar. I was wondering if anyone could give me any insight as to what I'm looking at on my plate. What are those two rhizmorphic growth patterns on the sides? Is there a good place to pick for a 1st transfer?

All help is much appreciated. Ill try to remember and update.
6/8 update. So it's been a month since I've done any myco work. Today I took transfers from the plate pictured here:
The plate I transferred to looks like this:
Also the bug chunk of agar missing was a piece I took to a jar of popcorn that is contaminated w/ something that's growing slow. So I wanted to see what a large chunk of p.oviod agar would do against some contaminated popcorn.

First pic: grab the leading edge of the rhizo at around 8:00 thar. Take two transfers from that edge. You an try to take a third (AFTER you've secured transfers from 8:00) from the opposite rhizo edge (@ 1-2:00) but I hate pulling from the edge of the dish. Looks better than any of my ovoid germ plates did lol. As for what you're looking at, it's just a visual jumble of germination points, bacteria, and initial sectoring. Those rhizo sectors are well organized and what you want to shoot for. Best of luck and look forward to your updates.

Can you point me in the right direction to learn about what to look for? I only have one more agar plate. I will have to get some more but I'll try to get to it.

I would take from that rhizo section at 8-9 o'clock, it looks clean and healthy.
I'm not familiar with Ovoid myc , can you post photos after your transfer grows out? Gonna be starting some myself soon
