Get a coffee grinder and grind your own rice flour, chunky rice flour works fine. Or use white rice and add some brewers yeast and in that case use the water that you get after boiling some sliced potatoes for an hour for extra nutrients..Relax.it'll work just fine!

Just go to some big super market, like Ralphs or Cosco, and ask them if they carry it. There are alternatives like rye. Look at all the growing Teks in the grow section.

Try Health Food Stores. Phone and ask them. And if you have 'bulk' stores like here, they'll have organic brown rice for cheap that you can scoop yourself.

As for the flour though, Health Food stores should have it for SURE.
