Quote:
Happinessfeeling said: "And indeed Allah is my lord and your lord, so worship him. That is a straight path." ~ Jesus Christ
from the above quote one can clearly recognize that Jesus was in fact a muslim.
Uh, no. IF Iesous was a historical personage, he lived in 1st century Judea according to the Gregorian calendar which the West uses. The founder of Islam, Muhammed, was known to have been a historical person born on April 22, 571 CE (AD). The familiar Name which the biblical Iesous is said to have used for God was Abba, which means Father in Hebrew. In Aramaic, which is likely a historical Iesous would've used for everyday language (Hebrew being reserved for prayers), the Name for God was Abwoon which means Cosmic Mother-Father or Cosmic Birther. The patriarchal Hebrew name is juxtaposed by the feminine linguistics of the Aramaic Name. Allah is an Arabic Name meaning "the God" and "is probably cognate with rather than derived from the Aramaic Alaha" (theconversation.com).
Islam allegedly derives from the biblical character Ishmael, the son of the Hebrew patriarch Abraham by his servant-girl Hagar. After Ishmael, his octogenarian wife Sarah bore him a son Isaac. Ishmael with his mother Hagar was banished, but he is said to have been the original progenitor of the people who turned to Muhammed. At any rate, Iesous was appropriated by Islam as a prophet along with the other Hebrew prophets but Muhammed stands as THE Prophet in terms of importance in Islam. It is impossible for a historical Iesous, who was a Jew with Pharisaic rather than Sadducean leanings to be a Muslim since Islam did not arrive for another half a millennium.

Seems to me that would be 1 point for Jesus and 0 points for Allah. But then religion doesn’t have to make sense.

thought this might be a meaniingful addition to the thread...
Islam and the pre-Christian world come from the the same root experience. Psilocybin out of Egypt. This is the story of the Israelites in the Bible. Litterally: IS-REAL-LIGHT.

Revelation 2:11
He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. He who overcomes will not be hurt by the second death.’
