Looking for identification on a mushroom

Habitat:dead wood/debris/dirt in the woods, low altitude, Auckland, New Zealand during the start of winter

Gills: brown gills attached (adnexed)


Stem: 5cm long, stem is white closer to the cap and is a light brown further down, solid and firm, thin smooth stem.


Cap:4cm diameter, orange/yellow with a roasted golden center, slightly blue bruising around the edge of cap, smooth, spherical,slightly convex but also flat, has a slight depression in the center of cap


Spore print color:Dark purple


Bruising:blue


Other information:slight earthy scent.

Thanks in advanced for the help, am a newbie, was looking for Psilocybe subaeruginosa and found these while out. Just wanted another opion, thank you!

I See No Bluish Bruising, & Those Don't Look To Be Psilocybe Subaeruginosa.

An hour after being picked the cap has changed to a greenish colour, does this mean anything to you?

I've never seen that species before but they definitely are not Subs. The blue bruising and purple spore print are promising though. If you have any doubts it's not worth consuming them, we are still in the middle of the season just keep looking man.

If I remember correctly Hypholoma have purple-brown spores and can be confused as bruising blue

There Is Absolutely No Bluish Bruising On That Mushroom & The Spore Print Isn't The Right Shade Of Purple.
