Water for Pinners?
    #26703895 - 05/29/20 08:48 AM (3 years, 8 months ago)

I have 2 54qt tubs pinning right now and I have read that you should pour water down the sides at this point. Question is how much water? Can anyone give me answer please?

        Thank You

You shouldn’t need to for a first flush unless you made the coir dry.

Did you rehydrate the grains? If so, you don’t Need to add water, but sometimes it can add to awesome pinsets if you just always make sure the sub is moist. Just make Sure to get rid of any excess water, I hope you put in a liner so you don’t hurt the substrate doing that. As long as you’re careful

And between flushes, yes, always rehydrate your myc
