of course ive read the thread, by your claims in the original post it will solve most of the worlds health problems as for the video - you really should open it on youtube and read the disclaimer........ ive no doubt it may 'help' some people in some way but imo the power of placebo is a thing unto itself.

I think ashwaghanda is pretty overrated. It shows benefits in rats in studies and stuff but in practice it’s pretty comparable to placebo in my experience. It might do something but I’d be surprised if it’s changing anyone’s life.

I have a bottle sitting around that I take from time to time. I'm going to try it again. IIRC, the evidence on testosterone isn't conclusive.
examine.com is a great site to use when researching supplements. Here's their link to ashwagandha.

Chronic use is where Ashwagandha shines, imho, it takes 8 weeks to fully kick in.

Ash has returned some strength and vitality for me, physically and mentally
like any herb, it fits some but not others.
Ginseng comes to mind.

Very true here. Need to give it some time in the body. I take it daily for some stress management and absolutely swear by Ashwagandha.
Maca is up on the list as well..

I'm sorry to say, because it did me so muh good, but I had to quit Ashwaghanda.
Ashwaghanda is known to cause heart palpitations in some people, often with underlying heart issues.
I'm one of those
They say its usually fairly harmless but no way am i going to make heart wobbles part of my routine.
It helped me greatly but, no, if it disrupts my heart rhythm i'm out. i'm done putting up with needless side effects.
