That’s a sick second flush.
It’s crazy how often spores make shroom shapes on the caps.

Amazon and ufo

I’m assuming on the amazon the myc is so thick in the middle from getting less air but I’ve never had such a pronounced difference before.
Then again this amazon has been crazy every step since the t1 plate.

Yep Amazon is super agressive for me too. Can't update with pictures because I can't get to grow room. But I will soon.
Amazon in every plate would get super rhizo and very ropey. It just loves to run for me.

What a weird coincidence just came here to post a pic of some amazons I'm growing for the first time haha.
The print was labeled just "Amazon" and was dirty af. Like visibly gross. I spent a ton of transfers trying to get the culture to look normal cuz I thought it had bacteria riding along. Lots of aerial myc and the jars just looked a little off. Didn't have high hopes for this culture and split the jars up between a mini mono and some SBs, and holy shit they're fast. I left my house last night and these were about half as tall with closed caps that looked like they were at least 24 hours from opening but nah, here they are this morning

Was surprised to see the caps split because I thought dry conditions caused that but I've never seen split caps. Read some old posts that fast growth alone could cause it but I'm not sure. Anyway not the most dense canopy but these have got to be the fastest fruiting fruits I've ran, spawned the tub on the 15th. Still think the culture is bacterial but I'm not positive honestly, think I'll just take a clone and a few prints and scrap the MS plates I have either way

Even with that decent pinset there’s tons of sidepins too.
Love the look of a barrel full of Myc camera.
So glad I’m back in this. Over the last week I’ve spawned two underbeds and 10 shoeboxes. With enough jars staggered to be spawning a few tubs a week for a while.
Just spawned my first shot at atl7 half an hour ago.

How much of a stagger between inoculation times of jars have you found to be good? A week between each "set" of jars sound right?

I find if you have the plates matched up and slow enough you need about 1 batch per week. But I think AKA is running LC so a couple of days between PC runs.

Thanks man, was all to eager to post a shitty pic lol. I went way to low the ratio I think 3 bags with 4 quarts of spawn each 2 bags got 10cc 1 bag got 35cc
*i made 3 syringes from this LC

**another shitty pic

Something like that. I’ve just been pcing 10-20 jars and knocking a few up every day or two.
Usually a mix of plates and lc. A lot more lc lately cuz I’ve gotten a few prints I’m trying to grow out ASAP.
Lately everything’s been all over the place though, I’ve had a couple cultures take a month to colonize and a couple like Amazonian and whyte gold take 5-8 days.

Damn that’s a good yield off that cake.
So the other day I was thinking about surface area and fruit size.

We’ll find out now. I’m hoping one big mushroom grows but I doubt I’ll be that lucky.
Amazon spawn.

I put this in the I'd forum but I will post over here too. Found these below a raise bed garden I did inoculate with some spent jars. But this is straight sand... So huh. Cubes grow in sand I guess.
