Question about semi dry subs

Hi guys, I have a newbie question about dosage. I currently have 26 grams of fresh subs picked today. I have put them in a paper bag in the fridge. I plan to have them in 4 nights from now. I’m assuming they will be semi-dry by then because they would have lost some of their water weight. My question is if I want to achieve about a level 2 or 3 trip, how many grams would I need based on them being semi dry? Look forward to your responses. Cheers.

IMO it's best to not hold any (strong) expectations about trip, including level. Just eat them all and try to gratefully accept any experience. Prepare fresh water, positive music, warm hoodie, blanket. Charge your heart with love and go for it,

Just dry them for accurate dosing.
Chop them into smaller pieces of an inch or less, and put them onto a heat radiator. They should dry completly within two days.
Based on 26g fresh.. Eat all of them for a full trip. Half of them for a mild trip.
Or just make a tea out of them as they are now. Chop, boil for 5min, turn off the heat and let simmer for another ten minutes. Strain out the shrooms, put the water into the freezer untill you want to dose.
This way it will store the actives the best possible way.

More on subject of subs vs level. Dosage: Lvl.1 0.5g Lvl.2 0.8g Lvl.3 1.4g Lvl.4 2.2g Lvl.5 3.6g https://www.shroomery.org/12515/Psilocybe-subaeruginosa
It's dry weight. Your 26 grams roughly become 2.6 grams fully dry. When not fully dry: weight all you have, then multiply by 0.3 (level 2) by 0.53 (level 3). Suppose 26 grams become 18. 18*0.3=5.4 grams for level 2 18*0.53=9.54 grams for level 3

Thanks. If I made it into a tea, how would I freeze it? Into ice cubes? Also how would i be able to dose it if it’s frozen? Thanks for the suggestion.

Just defrost/thaw it before you want to dose.

Not entirely wrong, but I laughed a bit.

Yeah but when you say “thaw”, use heat, don’t let it thaw at room temperature; or it separates out

Hey, so I just checked them in the fridge and they weigh 8g and have shrivelled up quite a bit. So it’s lost 18g in 2 days. So not sure how to dose based on this kind of weight loss. Will I be right to eat the lot or will I blow my head off lol?

So, you didn’t fully dry them, or freeze them... as suggested.
But, now you want more suggestions on what to do for accurate dosing?
Eat em all, you won’t die. I mean, Fuck it. It’s not like you planned any other part of this out.
Happy vibes!
Edit: I suppose, I should ask how do you know they are in fact subs? Could you go pick some more fresh and start over?

Looking sketchy. Make a tea. 8 * 0.3 = 2.4 grams (for level 2) 8 * 0.53 = 4.24 grams (for level 3)
