ID Request Melbourne Australia

Habitat: Growing in mulch on the nature strip in Inner Melbourne, Victoria, industrial area. Mulch appeared to be Eucalyptus and well aged.
Gills: The mushrooms where getting old so the gills were dark brown, black
Stem: White near the cap, darker near the stem, hollow stem.
Cap: Diameter - 2-4 cm Colour - Tan/Brown/faded caramel. Spore print color: Dark Purplish to black.
Bruising: Some dark blue bruising on all the mushrooms I kept, I threw away those that did not bruise ( even though I was quite certain they were subs), it appears that the older mushrooms don't bruise as much. Anyone know what colour light shows up the blue bruising the best? The iphone light isn't a great colour.
Other information: Scent of the mushroom - normal sub mushroom smell
Collected 4-5 days after rain so the mushrooms were getting old. Seriously is there anywhere subs aren't growing in Melbourne?

Going off the photos I’d say they’re most probably all subs too.
If you threw away the ones that you were not sure of and that were too far gone. Than you should be all good.. Maybe single out any you’re not sure of & post some clearer photos if you’re after some more feedback.

I reluctantly agree. But the pictures aren't really sufficient for a good and proper identification.
It is essential that all specimens are equally visible, with pictures showing cap surface, gills and stems in their entirety. Heaps of mangled mushrooms like in these pictures are difficult to identify - even if the intact specimens are obviously subs, it is not given that the shredded pieces are of the same species. It is just too easy to let confirmation bias lead to guesswork rather than good and thorough observation.
Please read this link on how to make a proper identification request.

I agree definitely some subs in there but very possible other mushrooms are in there also.
Cannot make a positive ID with those shrooms.

Thanks for the response all, I really appreciate your advice. Unfortunately I dried the mushrooms so I cannot take any more photos. As a precaution I'm going to bin the mushrooms and make a better ID next time. Its forecast to rain next Monday and Tuesday so fingers crossed we get another flush in Melbourne.
