Habitat: Bark under trees, close to a river
Gills: Small are cream, larger are brown
Spore print color: From the smaller ones that were in a bunch, the larger ones have left purpleish prints
Bruising: Took a while but blue in small places?

Side note.. what to do about small bugs?

Those Look To Be Psilocybe Subaeruginosa, Nice Finds
Just Double Check That They All Bruise Bluish Where Injured/Damaged
A Spore Print Would Confirm, Dark Purplish/Brown For Subs, Light Rusty Brown For The Deadlies.

Spore Prints Are Better Made With Fresh Mushrooms. If They Aren't Too Dry They Might Still Print.
They Should Print For Atleast 6-8 Hrs, But 24 Hrs For A Good Quality Print.

I figured there isn't too much point in drying them if they aren't what I'm looking for so they are now sitting on foil.. I also noticed a fair amount of tiny white bugs jumping around, are they an issue?

All psilocybe subaeruginosa. No need to make a spore print as there is no doubt these are psilocybes. There are also heavy spore deposits on the caps.
