The smaller one could be Psilocybe subaeruginosa. The larger ones' hymenium resembles that of a cortinarius sp.
Take habitat and natural light photos for a better ID req

Nah you don't know what you are talking about. lol
Both the specimens are 100% Psilocybe subaeruginosa.
No "cortinarius sp." in those images. Disregard that.

I say that with no disrespect intended.
But they are all Psilocybe subaeruginosa.
I have a keen eye for these and have been collecting them myself for 7 consecutive years. I'm entirely confident in my ID skills when it comes to this species.

Thanks for the info! Here are a couple more photos to confirm, but otherwise should I be harvesting these and chucking them in a food dehydrator??!

One other question for anyone who might be able to help - as these are growing everywhere in this garden, how am I best to harvest them so that they have the best chance of growing back?
Apologies - I am a newbie and literally just made this account today as I am leaving here tonight so want to take a bunch with me! I realise I am possibly posting in the wrong place and that this info will be around but running against the clock here!

I understand that. However i would err on the side of caution due to the quality of the images provided.
