Hey guys. I cased this on 5/8 and it’s developing almost abort like pins. I’m not sure if this is a temp issue or not. Any thoughts or suggestions? Appreciate the help.

I’m having some that are displaying better color now. The only thing I did was cut some slits in the micropore tape. Not sure if this is a coincidence. Aside from that I regularly lift the lid and allow fresh air blow two to four times a day

No, agar. The previous clone I took from it produced 7.5 dry last round. So idk why this is occurring. Just regular penis envy. It’s like they aren’t bulking up

The op tub is contaminated with something. Can’t say what forsure but if the original culture looked like the last picture then those fruits in the op are sick as hell. Don’t eat em.

This is the new growth after I opened up the tape. You can see how the color is returning to the little guys. And I def won’t. My buddy from work just went through wood lovers paralysis. Don’t want any nonsense like that.

Those have aborted: looks a bit bacterial, pull them and see if itll flush again... is it still clean of mold? Dont mist heavily and provide plenty of air exchange...
Also, ape will generally perform with just a thin top layer of coir only at spawn...

This isn’t even APE it’s just plain old Pe. I’m going to cut them and trash them and hope for the best. I’ve had the lids off for the past two hours trying to freshen it up and hopefully turn it around. Thanks for the advice guys.
Also, still clean of mold.

Upon closer inspection it’s some sort of mold or film. I wiped a line down the center

That's cubensis mycelium reclaiming the dead and now decomposing fruit... it's not contamination

You mentioned temp.. are they running hot? The extra slits could have moved some air and helped drop the temp. I’ve definitely found that PE likes more FAE than most cubes it is at least affected by it more

My room is 78, but I noticed the humidity steadily climbing. I turned on an ac to help combat this issue, but when I checked inside the tub it was quite hot. I put a fan in the room on a low setting just to get some air movement. In regards to the fruits, I’m going to take down all of the ones that appear to be decomposing and hope for the best. The only difference between last round and this round is the temp and humidity difference (it’s starting to get a bit hotter when the sun beats down on the room). I’ll post an update if they turn around. Fingers crossed. Thanks everyone for the great info.

If your room is 78 your tub was probably 83 and suffocating.

It looks dry to me too.
My PE always did well with wetter than average coir.
