Ready to pin?

Hi everyone,
Just wondering if this is ready for the introduction of FAE.
The background of this:
1.5 litres of brown rice colonised with 100% mycellium. Spawn to substrate with 162.5g coir, 0.5L verm, 0.062l spent coffee and 1L of water. RH is averaging at 95% and temps 26 degrees centigrade. It's currently sitting in a 36x22x8.2cm (6 litres) tray. 6th day and usually it's done by the 10th so just checking, would it be too early to trigger pinning? Or would it be best to wait for more knotting?
Pics for reference:

Most people are starting fruiting conditions immediately these days.
That tray is ready for sure, but like I said you can fruit at anytime.

Do you know of any benefits with fruiting earlier?
Some say to wait till pinning develops which suggests the rate at which hyphal knotting occurs has reached its maximum on that substrate. Others are inducing pinning at 60% surface colonization.
I might wait a day or two and keep an eye on the hyphae, unless someone can shed some light on the stage between this and primordia.
Thank you for replying

AFAIK, I think it's primarily just that experiments that some have done have shown fruiting at spawn shows no noticeable decline in final yield, while decreasing time to harvest by a couple days or so. I haven't looked into it much in the last few months or so, but that was some of the findings presented by few cultivators on the forums sometime late last year, if I'm remembering correctly.

Thank you.
I'll get setting the conditions tonight and might post back with pics through the process if anyone is interested.
