PF TEK question. please help.

So im growing some Mazatapec using BRF but some of my jars got wet when I pc them and the content compacted itself leaving no so much space/air inside for the mycelium to grow. I inoculated them anyway, and mycelium started to grow, but now im not sure it can move anymore that it already did. (See pics please)

So my questions are the following:
1) Can I save this mycelium by taking it out, crash it and mix it with coco coir even though id didn't colonise the entire jar? If so, how can I know when to do it?
2) How can I know when my other dry jars are ready to be open after the mycelium colonised them all?

How long has the jar been inoculated.
Don't see any pictures here or in your gallery. Make sure you click the share button on the pictures or we can not see them.
Usually if it is to wet the myclieum will not colonize the area, but it is hard to say with out picture s.
No I wouldn't try and take it out and mix it with coco and fruit it.

No, that will just have you growing a nice shoebox of contamination. Mycelium is pretty resilient against contams only when it is FULLY colonized.

When your jar is fully colonized (when you see no uncolonized areas) and you've given it time to consolidate after full colonization (I give it a week to consolidate after full colonization. Some people experiment with different time frames. P.F TEK recommends 1 week).
Pictures: I'm almost 100% sure those won't go anywhere. They are way too wet and will probably start growing some nasties.

Looks like it is still colonizing the jar. Can you leave them and start a different batch?

Yeah I did that already, but I want to find a way to save it. Cause even if it can't go anywhere else, its clean white mycelium... its has to be something I can do with it. Maybe put some in agar at least?

You can leave them and see what'll happen. It can't hurt since they are in jars. Just definitely don't plan on mixing those to coir with the good ones, even if they do somehow fully colonize. And if they contam, make sure not to open them in your grow area. Either chuck em out completely or, if you want to save the jar, open them outside.

Unless it's fully colonized, it'll just be a cesspool for contamination if you take it out of the jar and try to fruit. I guess you can take the mycelium to agar, but why? If you have a bunch of good jars you can work with that when it's done. These things happen in this hobby.

Yeah you can try taking a piece out in an SAB and putting it to agar.
