Built my first SGFC. Maybe went a little over the top! Few questions?

I built my first shotgun fruiting chamber. So I am new but I did a lot of research and copied the things that I liked. I know that I could have just thrown some shit together blah blah blah..... But there's a pandemic and this activity along with gardening has kept me sane.
My question is will this humidifier work? All I know is that it shoots out room temp air, it's not one of those hot steam deals. How often should I clean or change the water?
A sanitation question, can and should I spray my poly filters with alcohol or bleach? If so how often?
Any thing that I may have missed please let me know. The holes are small but I watched a youtube video with a dude with a similar hole configuration and it really seemed to work well. The massive holes seems entirely unnecessary.

That looks more like a modified monotub with some trays in it, rather than a traditional SGFC. However, don't listen to me about that as it's been years since I've messed with a SGFC. As for your questions:
The humidifier isn't necessary. If you get the water content right for your sub and dial in your conditions in your tub, you won't need the humidifier and will only need to mist every now and then (or not at all if you dial it in close to perfect)
Don't spray poly filters with bleach or alcohol. There's no reason. You're spawning in open air.

I travel around a lot usually gone for a few days so I thought I could put the humidifier on low to keep things from drying out. I installed a patch for when the humidifier isn't hooked up.
Yeah I think I am in mono tub territory. I was going to spray paint the bottom in the future and ditch the trays. Right now I am doing grain spawn w/ bulk substrate and the other trays PF tek (that's the rice flour one, right?).

You will most always be spawning in open air. Once in the container and closed off from the outside the polyfil acts like a filter that allows FAE into your box. Every time you open your monotub it'll be exposed to the open air of the room its in. Not that this is a bad thing at all because at this point when you do spawn bulk your myc should be strong enough to fare pretty well against any third party bodies.

Depending on your setup and conditions, you can make it so you're fine even if it's left on it's own for a few days. But, if you bought the humidifier and want to use it, I'm sure you can find ways to utilize it. Especially if you branch out from other than growing cubes.
No real reason to spray paint the bottom. I'm assuming you saw that on a YouTube video. The trays are fine though. Especially starting out, as you won't be putting all your eggs in one basket. Also, if you want an even simpler alternative/addition similar to trays, do some research on shoeboxes.
And yeah grain spawn is used to spawn to bulk. PF tek is using some verm and brown rice flour (also see it written as BRF) to make cakes. Also, yes fruiting is done in open air.

I'd highly recommend you to use a known working method instead of inventing new ways to fruit for your first grows. While it can work, you'll have trouble getting help if it doesn't. And it would be a waste to throw away what you've been patiently waiting for since you made those jars.
