Foes or Subbs?

All found growing during a rain. Rained yesterday A LOT. In grass in a residential area. Some browner gills, but some very dark/black. Found in several spots throughout the neighborhood. Very mushroom scent. Breakable but not flimsy stems.
Please view all photos attached in comments... and thank you for any and all help

I'm assuming based off of the street layout as well as the vehicles in the first photo that you're located in North American/the United States?
If so, P. Subaeruginosa (which is what I'm assuming you're referring to when you say Subbs in the post title) do not grow there, and these are most certainly not Subaeruginosa.
Apologies if you meant something else however
I'm also not entirely sure what species these are, hopefully someone can help ya out!

Apologies for not including it, I usually do!
I'm in Nebraska in the middle of the US. And by subbs I meant panaeolus subbalteatus also known as cinctulus. Apologies for not making that clearer as well.

There's certainly some foes in there. Did you take any spore prints?

Subs = psilocybe subaeruginosa Subbs = panaeolus subbalteatus (panaeolus cinctulus)

I am currently studying the Genus Panaeolus, particularly the dung and grass species resembling Panaeolus cinctulus, If you would like to contribute to my research send me a pm and I will send you my information. My goal is to examine specimens from around the world, not only North America.

I can send you dozens of specimens. What exactly are you looking for/doing testing on?
