What's the best way to fruit potentially contaminated jars?

I've got 3 quart jars of spawn which was inoculated with germination plates made from a spore print - which went straight to grains without any transfers.
I expected the jars to stall due to their unclean start to life, but they've all colonised rapidly with no visible signs of contamination. On shaking, the mycelium broke up easily and the filter smelt of mushrooms.
Obviously due to their risky nature I don't want to use these to go to bulk as I fear they would just stall trying to colonise the bulk substrate.
I was thinking of dumping the grain of each each jar in individual shoe boxes and casing.
What's people opinions on the best route for fruiting these jars?
Thanks in advance

I was under the impression that adding bulk substrate, with questionable spawn, would increase facepalm potential, because you'd have to wait longer for it to colonise thus increasing the chance of contamination. Also the effort/resources used to go bulk would go to waste.
But to be fair if they do turn out to be clean, bulking each to a shoebox would give them a fighting chance to fruit to full potential.
Thanks for the responses guys

You can also throw a layer of CV on the top of the jars and fruit that way.

The culture is still likely to be clean enough for spawning.

I use large myco bags 0.5 filter for all my grows.
If I have a spawn jar not looking good I grow It anyway.
Before I would throw bad looking jars away.
I use one jar to each bag. If I loose one bag no big deal I give It a toss. It's better to toss one bag that a whole tote.
Using bags to grow in allot easier on the cleanup cycle. No scrubbing tote or shoe boxes. Using bags makes It simple for testing different clones. I been using bags to grow in for over a year now and I wouldn't go back to any other method. I also like pulling one bag out at a time for harvesting.
