Help identifying agar plate contamination
    #26694469 - 05/25/20 08:35 AM (3 years, 8 months ago)

Hi!
This is my first time trying to cultivating shrooms. I decided to use agar plates, since it is almost impossible to get fresh spores where I live.
The agar plates are 5 days now and after checking them today, I am feeling lost. Should I toss them? Is there any mycelium or is all just contamination?
Here's a picture of one of the plates, some of my other plates are covered in green mold and no white stuff whatsoever. Some are only the fluffy white stuff. To me, it definitely does not look like mycelium, so idk.
Any help would be appreciated!

How did you inoculate your plates if you can't get spores?

No trich visible there yet. More like aspergillus/penicillium
