Yoga & flexibility routines

Ive been following this video for over 2 weeks now, every day except for 1 or 2 rest days a week. im already much more flexible than I've ever been. whenever i go back to doing squats, my form will be much better and ill hopefully be able to progress my lifts more quickly & without injury.
I also wanna be able to do more advanced core exercises (like hanging leg raises w/ the feet to the hands), rather than just hanging leg raises (knees to the chest). Ive read that some poses like the frog pose can help with things like digestion. anyway, just wanted to share and encourage others to share videos of routines they like.
