I like to roll them into little tubes for drying.  Kinda like little joints.  I’m not suggesting you smoke it though.

everything was destroyed, purslane was not that terrible tasting but its not convenient to eat much of it because of lots of oxalate innit

Hi guys, newb to this thread here.

My gf brought home a Brugmansia from work (she's a florist). I've always been intrigued by this plant and Datura species.

Like with many others, it's Carlos Castaneda's fault that I am now a mushroom grower and also that now we have this magnificent plant with all it's powers.

Now I'm always very careful when it comes to these things. How do you guys go on about harvesting these things?

For example, when a flower falls off, does the bit of stem also count as flower or do I remove it? Is it best to harvest fresh leaves or wait till they drop naturally? Do I put them in the dehydrator?

I don't know if I'll ever be experimenting with any of this but at the very least I'd like to become more knowledgeable about what to do with the different parts of the plant.

Keeping it alive and growing doesn't seem to be a hard task. It was repotted immediately with some dried cow dung added to the soil mix.

Can any of you experienced guys tell me what to do with all the parts please?

Thank you.

Tweeq

Yeah.
The seeds are most powerful
With every solancae species.

The flowers are second.

And the leafs are third.

The trip is intense so if you
Are planning on taking it, do
Hold on.

I would suggest 1 small to
Medium leaf.

You can dry it and smoke it.
Or you can eat it fresh.

I would like to add with experience
That smoking the leaf can
Be weaker then ingesting it.

So if I was you I would smoke
A third of a Dryed leaf.

But it has taken me about
20 years to get use to it.

And these days it still knocks
Me back.

And you can extract it too.

Peace!

Thank you!
This is exactly what I wanted to know

I'll be getting used to the idea first. Maybe some day I'll try.

Doesn't matter if picked fresh or dropped to the ground then?

Cheers!

Beautiful!
I have some planted at the
Moment. No sign of growth
Yet. But they can take a long
Time. Waiting on one which
I have ordered aswell.
God I wish they would grow
For me this year.
I think they have just got
Bored of sprouting or something.
Because I grow them nearly
Every year.

Peace!
