ID request and some questions about Amanita Mascaria prep and storage

hello all, still a newbie and I've collected some Amanita Mascaria from central Victoria Australia, and while yes this is quite a distinctive one, I would just like some confirmation that I have the right one. Also as far as preparation goes, I have heard conflicting reports, I've heard that you should let it dry in the sun as the UV converts the ibotenic to muscamol more effectively than drying via fan or oven, however I have also heard that a dehydrator is just as effective if the temperature does not exceed 90 degrees and dried for 6 - 8 hours. I've also heard that Garlic can counteract some of the toxicity present in ibotenic. I would like to store them for at least a couple of months before trying and was wondering if the following method would work: once cracker dry using either the above methods I was going to powder it all, and then cut it will a small amount of dried garlic powder (thinking 1 thirds worth) and put it in capsules for storage. would this be a sound way of doing things? many thanks

I would imagine all ibotenic acid is decarboxylated into muscimol in the stomach anyways
