Ok, thank you I did that!
Do you think the side pins could rot from being smashed against the tub?

No. When the harvest time comes, harvest the top ones first, put your palm on the sub and turn the whole thing around. Then harvest all sthe side/bottom pins.

Nice, thank you!
I will do that and then add a liner for the second flush or put it into a bigger tub.
Some people even suggested spawning to bulk with coir, not sure if that's a good idea.

Don't line it for the second flush, liner only works if added when spawning. Spawning to bulk might work if you did it before first flush, now you'll just tire the myc out.

Oh, didn't know that, thanks for telling me. I thought since the sub shrinks from one flush to the next one, the liner is even more needed, but I guess I was wrong.
Is there something I can do to avoid smashed side pins for next flushes? Maybe fruit in a bigger tub?

Yeah, you could do it humidity chamber style or maybe even that water tub. Check Mateah's teks.
The issue with liner now is that myc won't hold onto it, so you'll still get side pins, you just won't see them.

Nice, thank you, I will check that out and try to build a better fruiting chamber than what it has now
