Does this AA culture look strange, it looks to puffy to me. Its a fist transfer from spores, I did a biopsy off the spore plate.

Any recommendations on a drip tray for a GH I'm having trouble finding something the right size to use I have it on plastic now but would like to find a tray. The greenhouse is about 34"x14"
Also not sure if I asked before but will this HEPA filter work for a FH https://www.amazon.com/Novatek-F4012-Metal-Filter-Novair/dp/B01EC608YU/ref=mp_s_a_1_2?dchild=1&keywords=Hepa+24x24+novatek&qid=1590303760&sr=8-2#

That's how I got a clean melmac culture it was bacterial as fuck. I got a single fruit, cloned it did a couple tranfers then put it to LC.

Try a couple of those plastic trays that people put dog/cat food and water on to keep it off the floor

Yeah or at Walmart yesterday I saw a tub that was like an underbed but long instead of square. Around 1.5βx4β that might cover all the dripping spots. Even just the lid upside down.

I posted some pics of this a few pages back-- was wondering if anyone has ever seen growth like this? All my plates look the same. No contaminants in any plate and they seem to be growing well

the slimy stuff on the 1st plate looks like some kind of bacteria riding along with the myc.

On this topic... I am noticing with my unmodified low profile tubs that while I keep a nice water beading on the surface... the underlying coir is bone dry. Its like the mycelia keeps the water off the substrate. And fruits are forming first where drips from the lid or walls soak the coir. (2.75q to a brick of coir... no drips on squeezing, surface misted with 2/3 cup of water, 1/4 inch pseudo coir casing, very leaky snapped shut lid)

This wasn't misted. Kinda think my lid is too leaky... and its making the mycelia grow too fast. making tons of water drops, but also the coir dries out.

Youβre growing quite a bit of mold there it looks like.
Thatβs probably why it pinned there.

I let it go 12 hrs too long... the pooling. Its just bacteria. no mold. My damn lids are super downward depressed... I have to keep after it.
But my point is still.... my coir is bone dry, and the fruits are craving wetter coir. (bad photo example... all I had)

I have, I'm noticing that it takes up nearly nothing unless it want to take it up, which seems to be midway through a flush. (I measure water going in and out)

Yes you have a bactiera problem. But even if your coir is bone dry your tub isn't. I would increase your PAE and watch that tub. I suspect the pinning isn't from evaporation and is more likely pinning due to contamination.

Here is a better photo of the droplets, yet dry coir underneath.
I'm beginning to think my straight to fruiting conditions are too airy, and the coir gets dried out before the mycelia can start to manage the conditions itself.

Passive Air Exchange? with a unmodified 28 quart sterilite tub... how do you mean?

no, that is old old technique. I am simply bringing up that I might be over doing it.
