If your in Australia or New Zealand it's probably a Red Back Spider. Normally black widoes hour glass is on their belly.

Yeah I hate those things I have literally hundreds right outside my house. They look so gross like high gloss paint all shiny. I always think of alien when I see a big one up close.
They hardly ever move though. We have a huge cricket population here at night during summer the whole sidewalk is crawling. And then there’s widows sitting in little webs every foot or so where the sidewalk hits the wall.
I got tagged by one a couple years ago, wasn’t as bad as I expected. My dog was sick and hiding in a bush at night so I stuck my hand in to pull her out and then when I was waiting at the vet I started feeling weird and sweating.
Then my hand started itching and I had this welt with two blood dots and a red ring around it. Apparently that’s the signature “bullseye” mark of widow bites
Half pint of my first pan jam clone and my first quart of king oyster. Gonna spawn it to a coir/hardwood mix in a shoebox.

After checking five places I finally found one case of quart jars. Different brand and regular mouth though. Anybody used this kind??

Good day today so far. Got that stuff plus a bale of straw and a big ass bag of rice bran or hulls or whatever.
I’m about to spawn my first shoeboxes of ape and king oyster with a coir/hardwood pellet mix.
Oh also got the sporesplosion syringe!

Never used that brand but I love regular mouth quarts. I can't stand the small mouth style anymore. Just seems like it has more shoulder room for shaking your jars.
Or maybe it's wide mouth im thinking ......
Which ever had the larger whole.

Just a tub I got to a little too late

Melmac finishing up

And after my last grow I mixed allbmy subs into my garden bed. I'm in north co so i didn't expect to see any fruit with the humidity being in the single digits some days. Well I used cinder blocks to line the edges and I guess the spaces in 5he blocks provided a decent microclimate haha
