Spawn jars stalled at 100% 1

Sup, folks. I've got a set of 48 spawn jars that all seem to be stalled. They'd be enough for 16 monotubs and I'm not pumped about the prospect of losing them, but that's why I am asking you all about this.
These jars were shook multiple times. Probably at about 20%, 50%, 75% and then once more after they looked 100%. It's been about two weeks since then and the mycellium has not really come back.
Is it possible the mycellium is dormant because the jars were entirely colonized before their last shake?
Is it possible they've developed a contam even though they made it all the way to 100% without appearing contaminated?
Any opinions are helpful. Thanks.

They certainly look bad.
No it's not dormant. And stalled at 100% doesn't make any sense lol. Everything looks stalled at 100% because it can't go to 101%.
But that aside. Those jars look toast

I wasn't sure if the right word for my situation was "stalled." Most posts talking about stalling have large, uncolonized sections of substrate, but these were totally full with nice white mycelium before a final shake which resulted in this.
These were grain to grained just over one month ago.
What do you think I did wrong?

Grain looks prepared too wet. How were they inoculated? Spore syringe would be one reason they could be bad

If they grain to grain.. that's an easy step to get wrong. Yeah the grains look overly wet. It's a bacteria party in there.

Open one up and give er a sniff. Shouldn't take a month with g2g unless you used like 1 colonized grain in each.

I’d still spawn them though they’ll almost definitely do one good flush at least.

I wouldn't spawn those. 4 looks really bad. You might get a flush off some of them, buy it is way easier to start over with a clean culture than to risk an outbreak.
#5 looks like it has that mold imbedded in the myc. Whispy and kinda grey hue

I wouldn't risk it with those jars. Grain spawn can colonize 100% and still harbor contams...don't ask me how I know. You don't want lose 16 mono's all at once...trust me. Like others have said... the one flush you MIGHT get out of them isn't worth the risk of the potential outbreak that might occur by spawning 48 qts of dirty spawn. Been there...done that.
How did you noc up those grain jars?
