Found a few patches growing in wood chipping/mulch (NSW, Australia). Bruising wasn't an obvious blue, kind of blackish...
Please let me know if possible Psilocybe subaeruginosa.

Thank you! Even if they don't all bruise blue? Sorry, I have never picked mushrooms before...

I think you are safe, but if you want to be really safe it doesn't hurt to throw them out. You can also check the spore print - should be a purplish black and not overtly brown.

Thank you. Here are some spore prints and other photos. Bruising is quite dark; inside of stem is brown; what are your thoughts on the spore print colours?
Last confirmation request. Thanks in advance

All signs point to Psilocybe subaeruginosa. For peace of mind if your uncomfortable with any re colour send to the compost heap. Nothing to lose erring with caution

so just curious as to what part of NSW you found these in. I'm looking around Sydney and no luck yet. Very jealous as that looks like a great find. Thanks and enjoy

Sydney area as well. North Shore. Wasn't even looking for them, sheer luck. Near a garden path, growing out of wood chip mulch. I guess this week's rain were enough for them to grow. Good luck!
