First Burma grow...stalled?

Greetings all,
Relative noob here. I've been gathering information on this site during the past year and recently began a project using Burma spores obtained from a respected vendor. I have a strong science background and though I only attempted one other grow in the remote past it was quite successful despite making what would now be considered errors.
1. At the time I used a modified "sea of shrooms" tek which I understand is no longer used by most serious growers. 2. I injected Hawaiian spores directly into 4 rye bags and incubated them at room temperature in total darkness. Not 1 was contaminated. 3. Instead of coco coir I used Jiffy Mix potting soil as a substrate which I pasteurized in my oven. 4. During the spawning phase I kept the chamber in a closet with a space heater. I thought it would be reasonable to mimic the summer heat in Florida and kept the temps in the upper 80's/low 90's. 5. When I put them in fruiting conditions I would turn the space heater off at night to drop the temps. 6. During the day the only light source was a single fluorescent light bulb. 7. The product was dried simply by placing it in front of the space eater, then transferred to a container with desiccant.
Long story short I had about 30 12 oz cups going and each produced 3-4 flushes. The resulting product was quite active and maintained potency until all were consumed (3 years, stored in a large plastic container with desiccant).
So, after many years I decided to try my hand at growing again, but this time spawning to shoeboxes using updated methods. Not having a PC I outsourced pre-made agar plates, LC and grain bags from reliable vendors.
The spores grew quickly on agar and I did a couple of transfers. My understanding is that tomentose mycelium is expected when using MS syringes.

I then inoculated LC via the Josex poke method. After 3 weeks the jar looked like this:

I then used 10 mL of LC to inoculate each 3 lb grain bag on 5/7.

My concern is that after 2 weeks this is my best bag, and one bag shows no signs of growth at all:

The room I'm using is quite cold (low 60's) so I admit that I've been using a heating pad to keep the temps around 80 F. As you can see most of the visible growth is in the upper part of the the bag and there is no obvious contamination. Is it possible that 1) the temps have been too high or 2) the bottoms of the bags are too wet? I've turned the heating pad off and the room temperature is now in the upper 60's (things have warmed up in this part of the country lately). At this stage would it be OK to mix the bags and then let them colonize at room temperature or should I just be patient and leave things as they are?

I would shake those bags up. Also, if you compress a bag a little, you should be able to whiff what is smells like. If it's like grain or myc, it's fine. If it's like sauerkraut or shit, it's bad.

Kill the heat pad too.
It might be drying out and overheating the bottom and then soaking the top.
That lc looks cool.

Done and done. The room is now at 67 degrees and the bags have been shaken. They actually smell nice, a bit sweet even. In 4 the growth under the surface was a bit better than I expected. The 5th had minimal growth and the 6th had nothing at all that I could see.
A.k.a- I'm glad you liked the LC. I documented the growth over 3 weeks. All in all I was pretty pleased with the results.
