Hello friends.

So i dont know what im doing wrong but i dont get big fruits much.

They are cakes in shotgun, sometimes indoor in ambient light sometimes on the balcony with lid covered with paper so it doesnt get direct sunlight and i spray them good about 3- 4 times a day...

I didnt throw spore on agar i just inoculated cakes as is, from trusted vendor.

What do u think?

Mush size is usually linked to how much water/nutrient you provide it.
Sometimes even light. Perhaps changing the kind of light your provide it too often is a root here.
Say you over water your myc and it has trouble gaining height so they're small and fat.
Say you under water it? Your mushrooms would come out small and skinny.
This is only an opinion formed by my own observations and has no real basis.
Though it would also stand to reason there isn't enough nutrient within the cake to support bigger fruits?
I am assuming you're using RR's BRF cake recipe, which provides ample nutrient.
What is your BRF cake recipe?
Another thought occurred and I also would like to see the SGFC you're using? Perhaps there is a design flaw, though I am pretty sure not.

Is humidifier really good source to measure humidity?

I've used it before but im now using it anymore... i just spray it when im home and thats it... Couple times.

Im using tek from jim read, it is 1 cup brf, 1 cup water, and two cups verm.

I really think i should convert to monotube with rye, but i always had a failure... Maybe on smaller scale it would work. I got contams and threw everything

If you have a pressure cooker, maybe try rye and then spawn it to trays as an intermediate step (before moving to monos).
It will allow you to hone your craft before you have 8 quarts of spawn on the line.
You could then fruit them in the shotgun you currently have.

that should provide enough nutrient for larger fruits.
I wouldn't spray it as much if its holding humidity at around 89%-98%
once its starts to pin just allow it to finish pinning with only misting every other day or so depending on humidity and temperature.
Rye bulk on a smaller scale is doable.
