pretty sure most arent active including the giant clump, but those last ones got me curious. Habitat: found them all in a single pile of darker wood chips in dallas ga
Bruising: not noticing any, if the mushrooms already dead, rotting, or dried out, will that psilo still bruise it blue?
Other information: Scent of the mushroom, definitely smelling strong odor not the typical fungal smell, could just be the rot rofl
the only ones i think may be active are those first orange-ish ones (i uploaded them backwards so last orange-ish ones) and usually i can rule out which ones arent active from posts and info on here, thx btw, and dont mind doing the research myself but i figure if i never make any posts ill never make any acquaintances and i definitely want to hang with yall cool kids so.... Should i have just 1 dedicated thread where i post all my id requests or make new ones for each little field study i go on? On another note i found this really cool all grey mushroom in a meadow, that had these awesome stripes which i deduce it could only have seen from a zebra which is on another continent and am curious as to wth it is. The pics of it are on friends phone who's not answering atm but i found an extremely similar one online (bottom pic) and although that picture looks to be somewhere shady and the one i found was in a sun baked meadow, grass about waist high, pretty solid ground, i think may be the same thing. I will post the real pic here asap or should i make a different thread for it? oh and yes i know most of those are waaaay too far gone and might not be id-able and never had any intentions of consuming any of these except maybe those last ones if i indeed got lucky

Those two before the last one are active, Gymnopilus aeruginosus-luteofolius clade. They rest arent.
